More Cards!

Wow - what a fun and busy weekend we had. My kids had a yard sale and a lemonade stand. I did lots of moving boxes and hauling our old junk around. The good news is, though, that for once, we actually sold a lot of the stuff and got it out of the house! It was great seeing it go to people who could use it and not having to take it all to the recycling center. Plus my son was very happy to get all that money to save for his next video game system!
Here's some cards I made this week using some new kit supplies as well as some vintage yard sale trim! Anyone else love yard sales as much as I do??

Hi Laurie! Thanks for the sweet comments on my blog--I'm glad you found your way over to me! I just wanted to say I love your scrappy cards--I'm a stamper so I never feel I really do that well at scrappy cards, but yours are so fabulous! What kit are you using? I'd love to hear about it! Have a fun day!

Your cards are getting cuter by the post! Is the "here & now' card a stamp or a printed journaling card and who makes that? It's really cute. I love the felt flowers and your bows rival Melissa Phillips!!!! I hope Deb will have another swap for Christmas this year. The one last year was my first swap and one of the most fun. If you ever want to do a one on one card swap let me know. Thanks for staying awake through my blog post and your kind comments. Bloggers are particularly nice people.

Hey Laurie! How are you girl?
I miss Self-Addressed so much. I am hanging out at Paper Posies some now and all the SA DT are doing Lime Tart at Odd Bird Planet. The MB isn't very active over there yet.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.

Your cards are so very pretty! My mom use to have the best yard sales when I was younger, now a days the town has too many restrictions - so I donate to the veterans. I miss having them too!
