Birds and Butterflies

These past two weeks have flown by! How many activities can you cram into each day? I am starting to wonder. But the weather has been so beautiful and everything is buzzing with life - I can't complain. My daughter wants to spend nearly every waking hour outside so that's where we've been. Making sand box castles, chasing butterflies and picking dandelions. It's a wonderful time - 5 years old is a fun age.
And it's been fun getting outside and doing different types of crafts. Ones inspired from nature and taking outdoor photographs. I love natural light.

Hope all of you are enjoying the spring! I'll be posting again soon with some new projects! Send me links of what you're working on!

Isn't she sweet? Pretty in pink. Just think - summer hasn't even started! Imagine how busy then. I saw your nest shadowbox in your shop (which I love to visit!) and it's beautiful. Very Laurie. Is Noah home?

I love spring and the liveliness and colors it brings. Your projects are so nice, and the time you spent with your child is of course well spent and worth it.

Braids! My daughter always wanted braids but her hair was so thin they wouldn't stay in. (She's 36 now and has thick hair but no longer wants braids)This is an adorable picture! 5 was fun-I miss those times. Your shop offerings are getting cuter all the time. I love all that you create! Shadowboxes are a favorite and the nest/egg theme is beautiful! Have a great week friend! xoxo
